1. Acceptance and/or rejection of this EOI is at the sole and absolute discretion of the Company.
2. I/We understand that the booking and allotment process for the project is not yet open to the public and this EOI is made available to me/us on my request only. I/We hereby submit our EOI to be allotted and sold the preferred unit indicated above in the Project as and when the Company commences the process of allotment in the normal course of business.
3. I/We understand that the selection and allotment of a unit is subject to availability and final confirmation from the company, and allocation of such unit will be at the sole discretion of the Company.
4. The Company may, at its sole discretion, return the EOI along with the cheque(s)/amount paid by me/us, without assigning any reason whatsoever. The amount will be refunded in full without any deduction and without any interest.
5. I/We understand that the Company reserves the right to withdraw/reschedule the launch of the Project and consequently, withdraw/defer/cancel allotment of the apartment/unit to me/us by returning the cheque/amount paid.
6. An applicant can register for only one plot per EOI application.
7. I/we acknowledge that the company reserves the right to allocate units based on various criteria, including but not limited to first-come-first-served, agreed unit price, or any other method deemed appropriate and, in the company's best interest.
8. Customers can cancel their expression of interest by sending an email to eoi@codenamenewdimension.com and contacting our sales team for a refund. The full amount will be refunded without any interest within 30 working days from the day of request letter.
9. This expression of interest cannot be transferred to any other person other than the undersigned.
10. I/We expressly agree and confirm that any plans, layouts, renderings, images, projections, walkthroughs, digital renderings, pamphlets, papers, or other documents I/we have seen in connection with submitting my/our Expression of Interest are only tentative. Approved plans, dimensions, unit types, entry, amenities, specifications, facing, and any other details of the project may be different from the current presentation.
11. I/We agree and understand that the indicative price is not exact and my/our decision to submit this Expression of Interest is not based on an assumption or understanding that the indicative price is final and fixed. I/We are fully aware that my/our eligibility for a home loan is determined by the sanctioning bank.
